Vind een geschikte woning of biedt een woning aan
Zoek op Homesplitters een woning die geschikt is voor splitsing of biedt je eigen woning aan. Let op de locatie, de grootte van het pand en de mogelijkheden binnen de gemeentelijke regelgeving.

Start een Project
Wordt lid van Homesplitters en maak eenvoudig een project aan. Beschrijf je plannen en voorkeur met de woning en hoeveel deelnemers je zoekt om het project te realiseren. Elk project heeft zijn eigen communicatieomgeving

Vind medebelangstellenden
Andere leden kunnen zich aansluiten bij jouw project, of je draagt zelf kandidaten (leden) voor. Vorm samen een groep, bespreek de mogelijkheden en werk toe naar een gezamenlijke aankoop.

Is de groep compleet en het plan haalbaar? Breng gezamenlijk een bod uit. Na het bod kunnen onze gespecialiseerde partners ondersteunen bij het vergunningstraject en de verdere uitvoering.
